Acknowledge, appreciate and agree that:
I knowingly and freely assume all risks, both known and unknown, and assume full responsibility for my participation.
I willingly agree to the terms and conditions for participation.
I for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assign personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMILESS THE CANOOSE OUTPOST, it’s owners and all others, from and INJURY, DISABILITY OR DEATH I MAY SUFFER OF LOSS OF DAMAGE TO PERSON OR PROPERTY.
I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND AND AM FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY SIGNING WITHOUT AN INDUCEMENT.

The above items were in very good condition upon signature of this agreement. These Items will be returned in the same state, within reason, or I will agree to pay for all damages or losses.
The above items will be returned by 8:00 pm on the same day (ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY APPLY) unless other arrangements have been agreed to by both parties.

UNITED STATES & CANADIAN LAWS OF PARTICIPATING ON THE ST. CROIX RIVER
STRICT LAWS APPLY TO EVERYONE ACCESSING THE ST. CROIX RIVER. THE U.S. & CANADIAN BORDER PATROLS HAVE AUTHORITY TO SEARCH & SEIZE YOUR BELONGINGS SHOULD YOU BREACH THE RESTRICTIONS OF THE BOUNDARIES BETWEEN THE 2 COUNTRIES. IF YOU PUT IN ON THE CANADIAN SIDE YOU MUST STAY ON CANADIAN SIDE OF THE RIVER. YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO PLACE CANOOSE OUTPOST PROPERTY ON UNITED STATES SOIL. SHOULD YOU BREACH THIS AGREEMENT, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST TO RETRIEVE, REPLACE THE EQUIPMENT OF CANOOSE OUTPOST.
